Career Strategies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with Affordable Housing experience for an immediate placement within the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro. Position Overview
This role supports daily property operations and requires hands-on experience with HUD , Section 8 , LIHTC , or other affordable housing programs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and excels in both resident relations and administrative compliance tasks.
