Job Summary:
Haven Place, a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and residents. Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to patients and residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Perform various tasks, such as transferring patients, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
