Position Summary

The Commercial Plumbing Foreman is responsible for installing and repairing plumbing and piping systems used for water distribution, sanitary waste, vents, natural gas, process piping, and more. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications, and a commitment to completing installations safely, efficiently, and accurately.

The Foreman will coordinate daily job tasks, lead team members, and work hands-on alongside the crew to ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing and piping systems
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets building codes, safety requirements, and company quality standards
• Coordinate daily job tasks, materials, and workflow for the crew
• Lead, mentor, and support team members on site
• Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other trades as needed
• Inspect work in progress and completed work for accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot plumbing system issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Full-time position
• Compensation based on experience and skill level
