We are in search for a skilled and visionary Design Director to lead our creative efforts. This role involves transforming marketing briefs into impactful design solutions, ensuring top-quality output, guiding our creative teams, and resolving design challenges along the way.

Our ideal match would be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver great products and user/client experience. Ultimately, our top notch director that will fit within our team should have strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

What Youll Be Doing

• Adapt leadership style to inspire and mentor teams of various levels to reach their full potential and produce the best work possible.
• Lead the prioritization and management of both team and individual work, ensuring everyone adheres to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create storyboards and mock-ups for clients and the design team to visualize the completed project.
• Pitch ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team.
• Oversee the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the staff members to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.
• Review feedback from our Head of Product and Marketing as well as strategize and making alterations according to our needs.

What Youll Need To Flourish

• Bachelors or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction as a creative or in a similar discipline
• Experience leading a creative team in a fast paced environment
• Experience creating organic contents for paid social media campaigns, websites, mobile applications, as well as paid digital media channels
• Experience overseeing numerous projects at once
• Intimate familiarity with how brands engage in todays connected universe
• Sufficient knowledge of digital and social media to develop ideas that utilize the latest technologies
• High attention to detail and proven ability to quickly identify problems and solve them
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Experience developing creative for innovative platforms like TikTok

Compensation: $185,000 $212,540 The compensation range reflects the base salary for this position, Salary for this role is commensurate with prior experience. In addition to base salary, the role also has a commission plan or a bonus incentive.
