Digital Marketing Specialist — Laundremate (Downtown Kansas City Office)

Laundremate is a fast-growing, tech-driven laundry pickup and delivery service that helps customers save time by handling their laundry from start to finish — pickup, wash, fold, and delivery. We’re building a trusted brand that combines convenience, quality, and care.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in downtown Kansas City. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling. You’ll lead our marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand, increase app downloads, and recruit new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and online marketing campaigns.
• Manage Laundremate’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content — videos, graphics, and posts — to promote our services.
• Design and distribute flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• Optimize our website, app store listings, and Google presence for visibility.
• Build partnerships with apartment complexes, small businesses, and community groups.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance weekly.
• Work closely with management to refine our marketing strategy and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, branding, or social media management.
• Strong creative skills and understanding of online engagement.
• Familiar with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and design sense.
• Photography or video editing experience is a plus.
