Overview

Epic Wisdom Applications Analyst This role supports Epic Wisdom implementation and ongoing client support. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWTs preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Role: Epic Wisdom Applications Analyst

Engagement & Location

Engagement: 12+ months; potential contract-to-hire

Location Preferences: Manager prefers Oakland or Pacific Time (PST) orientation

2) Remote

If local to office: 1-2 times per week at minimum

If remote: once per month to Oakland for 2-3 days at minimum

Interview Process

• 30 minute Teams interview with WWT
• 45 minute interview with Client hiring manager
• 30 minute technical interview with Client
• 30 minute interview with leadership at Client
• 30 minute interview with Director of Client

Responsibilities

• Epic Wisdom Implementation: Lead the end-to-end setup and implementation of the Epic Wisdom system, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure Epic Wisdom modules to meet the specific needs and workflows of the healthcare organization; implement customizations and enhancements to optimize performance and usability.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to internal teams.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT, clinical, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans; provide regular updates on progress.
• System Support and Optimization: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability; analyze workflows to identify improvements.
• Implementation and Upgrades: Participate in planning and execution of system upgrades; collaborate to implement new modules and features.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an Application Analyst, with a focus on Epic Wisdom.
• Epic Wisdom certification is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with healthcare information systems in a clinical setting is a plus.
