Job Description We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff to join our dynamic team. As Event Staff, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of various events, ranging from corporate functions and conferences to weddings and large-scale public gatherings. Your main responsibilities will involve supporting event logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing a positive experience for attendees. . Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues including seating arrangements, staging, and decorations.
• Greet and register guests upon arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Guide and assist attendees with inquiries about the event schedule and location.
• Monitor event activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Serve food and beverages while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with event coordinators and other team members to ensure seamless logistics and execution.

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in event planning or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required during events.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected issues.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate various event schedules.
