Position Highlights:

• Be part of a collaborative group practice with a vast referral network.
• Join an established In/Outpatient practice that is expanding due to increased patient volume.
• Access to a Specialty & Infusion Center.
• Work alongside 5 Hematologists/Oncologists and 3 dedicated advanced practitioners.
• Enjoy excellent support staff and effective practice management systems that allow you to practice at the top of your license.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art Epic EMR system.
• Opportunities for student and resident teaching, as well as research if desired.

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology.
• Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Active DEA License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a collaborative Team Care model.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and technology.

The salary range for this role is $317,500 to $595,500 annually based on full-time employment. This range reflects total cash compensation at target, however, actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. In addition to salary, UnitedHealth Group offers an array of benefits including a comprehensive package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility requirements).
