The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Cisco and Cloud technologies, coupled with expertise in ERP solutions and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Cisco and Cloud technologies, coupled with expertise in ERP solutions and CRM systems. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Cisco and Cloud technologies. Lead the administration and deployment of ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Manage CRM systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Establish robust backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data. Supervise the maintenance and upgrades of computer hardware and infrastructure. Ensure effective deskside support for end users to address technical issues promptly. Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers. Drive technology deployments and upgrades while minimizing disruptions. Monitor IT systems to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Requirements Proven experience as an IT Director or similar leadership role. Extensive knowledge of Cisco technologies and Cloud-based solutions. Hands-on expertise in ERP systems and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery planning. Familiarity with computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to manage vendor contracts and service agreements effectively. Demonstrated success in leading technology deployments and upgrades.
