Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Floor Scrubber and Janitor to join their team. As a Floor Scrubber or Janitor, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting the maintenance and cleanliness of the factory floor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Floor Scrubber and Janitor

Location: Ankeny, IA

Pay Range: $16.42/hour

Shift: 11:00am - 7:30pm Monday-Friday (Floor Scrubber) & 3:00pm-11:30pm (Janitor)

What's the Job?

• Complete factory floor scrubbing utilizing a riding floor cleaning machine
• Remove used oil utilizing an industrial vacuum
• Drive a riding mower for outdoor and indoor maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the manufacturing space
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• Must have janitorial experience.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
