Overview As a Business Analyst, you have to analyses clients and their business data to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency. Your duties include identifying client’s technical needs, planning enterprise architecture and strategizing ideas to improve a business’s decision-making Responsibilities Develop Use cases to support BRD in order to expand on Business Scenarios Assist Project Area with regulatory work Complete Data review and analysis Complete Daily reporting responsibilities for Risk Work closely with financial advisors Support day-to-day billing operations Troubleshoot issues related to a client’s account Work directly with IT for the testing of new system enhancements Gather, document, and track information Provide detailed analysis on accounts and relationships Qualifications Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project 0-1 years of experience with reviewing technical requirements for IT systems BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience in working with IT requirements and solutions Benefits Increment would be at least a minimum of 15% every six months.
