Job Overview

This is a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer opportunity in Idaho designed for entrepreneurial professionals who generate their own business. The role offers unlimited earning potential and flexibility, work remotely or from the office. You’ll leverage your local expertise, referral networks, and origination skills to maximize success in the Treasure Valley market.

Mandatory Minimum Requirements

Important-DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

• This role requires an ACTIVE Idaho Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license.
• Licensing: Active NMLS license in good standing in Idaho. Candidates awaiting licensure or unlicensed will not be considered.
• Production Volume: Closed a verifiable minimum of $500,000/month in loan volume ($6M+ annually) in the last 12 months.
• Source of Business: Must be a 100% self-generating Loan Officer with an established, active referral network. Leads are  not provided .
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years continuous, verifiable origination experience .

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture professional relationships to generate consistent new business
• Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and conditions for residential mortgage loans
• Identify and resolve challenges throughout the loan process for a smooth client experience
• Guide customers from application to closing
• Stay up-to-date with origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting, closing requirements, and Idaho-specific regulations
