NetSuite Administrator Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for an onsite role located in a suburb of Cleveland, OH. The position is a full-time direct hire. Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year. Salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite. Respond to end-users' requests for technical assistance and provide ongoing support to promote adoption. Develop, oversee, optimize, and administer workflows, custom fields, scripts, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to increase efficiency and data visibility. Support data imports/exports and integrations with other systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with NetSuite support as needed. Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts, ensuring business continuity. Partner with finance to identify opportunities for system and process improvement and serve as the liaison to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues. Maintain accurate documentation of system configuration, processes, and procedures. Develop training materials and provide ongoing end-user training and support. Provide support for other software applications used in the organization as required. Qualifications 3+ years of financial NetSuite administration experience with deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite modules, architecture, roles, workflows, functionality, processes, and customization capabilities. Ability to build reports, create user roles, and run queries. Understanding of core finance and accounting processes. Knowledge of data management, integrations, and ERP best practices. Proven proficiency in NetSuite configurations including workflows, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, and SuiteScript. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines. High attention to detail, self-motivated, proactive, and solution minded.
