About the Role We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep NetSuite platform knowledge with strong configuration, workflow, and troubleshooting skills. You’ll work closely with business users to enhance processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure reliable system performance. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including user roles, permissions, custom fields, and configurations Create and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support operational and management needs Support system enhancements, including minor customizations and updates using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript (light development exposure) Assist with system integrations and data flows between NetSuite and third-party platforms Act as first-line support for NetSuite users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business processes Participate in system testing, upgrades, and documentation Ensure best practices around data integrity, security, and user access control Required Qualifications Experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a hands-on technical capacity Proficient in SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom reports, roles/permissions, and system configuration Familiarity with SuiteScript, Web Services, or RESTlets is a plus (but not core focus) Solid understanding of NetSuite core modules such as Financials, Order Management, and Inventory Strong problem-solving ability and user support mindset Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and business teams Good documentation and communication skills Location: Prague, Czechia Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Apply online or email your CV to anna.freymuth@systemsaccountants.com SystemsAccountants is a specialist Recruitment Consultancy focused on Financial Systems, ERP & EPM, and Business Transformation. #J-18808-Ljbffr Systems Accountants
