JOB SUMMARY: The duties of this position include daily inspection of the truck, delivering parts to external customers, picking up parts from external customers, conveying all communications to the proper authorities, and maintaining day-to-day contact with customers for business purposes. Some warehouse functions will include inventory cycle counts, stock order processing, packaging, unpacking, binning, labeling, processing customer orders, participating in the return of redundant stock, and general housekeeping.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience: Must have at least 3 months of experience in customer and delivery services, and a minimum of one year of parts experience is preferred.
KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong Communicator: possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter & Problem-solver: with strong multi-tasking, detail-oriented, teamwork, and organizational skills. Customer Service Excellence: Providing outstanding service to all customers both internally and externally, and maintaining a positive attitude. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications.
