The Phlebotomist at Labcorp is responsible for performing blood specimen collections, providing exceptional customer service, and managing patient data in a clinical setting. The role includes specimen preparation, billing, and occasional travel to additional sites, requiring a valid Washington Phlebotomy License or application on file. We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Pay Range: $21.87 to $32.28 per hour plus 2nd shift differential
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience and the terms of the collective bargaining agreement between Dynacare Northwest, Inc. and United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 21.
Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Benefits: Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), accrue up to 18 days of Annual Leave per year (includes 8 holidays) and Sick Leave (0.0333) hours of sick leave for each hour of work) capped at 64 hours per year, Tuition Reimbursement and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
