Currently we are seeking a full-time, BC/BE Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to join our team in  Santa Rosa , CA.

Full-time annual salary range is $310,020 to $320,040plus additional potential incentives up to $17,970*.

Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available.

*Additional incentive opportunities are available based on geographic location, experience and include potential premium pay.
