This role is ideal for a seasoned plumbing professional who thrives in a leadership position, someone who can balance people management, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Who You Are

You’re the kind of leader who takes pride in doing things right the first time, and you’ll bring:

  • Extensive hands-on plumbing experience and a deep understanding of the trade
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring installations meet quality standards and code requirements
  • Proven leadership skills that keep projects moving smoothly and teams motivated
  • A problem-solver’s mindset, able to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts quickly
  • Exceptional organization, planning manpower, schedules, and project needs efficiently
  • Clear, confident communication with plumbers, contractors, and clients
  • A safety-first approach, enforcing protocols to protect workers and maintain compliance

Experience That Stands Out

  • Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
  • A track record of enforcing safety standards and delivering high-quality work

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our field operations:

  • Supervise Quality Inspectors, plumbers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality work
  • Plan manpower needs, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades
  • Inspect installations for code compliance, safety, and workmanship
  • Troubleshoot installation conflicts and keep projects running smoothly
  • Enforce job site safety protocols for all employees and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and project adjustments

Why This Role Matters

As an Area Supervisor, you’ll have a direct impact on the success of our projects and the growth of our team, if you enjoy:

  • The opportunity to mentor and develop plumbing professionals
  • A clear path to higher leadership roles or specialized expertise
  • A stable career in an essential trade where skilled supervisors are always in demand
  • Daily challenges that keep the work engaging, from technical troubleshooting to team coordination
  • The satisfaction of ensuring plumbing systems are installed correctly, safely, and efficiently

What We Offer

  • A fast-growing company in a thriving industry
  • A family-friendly, supportive atmosphere
  • Monday–Friday schedule with weekly pay
  • Health, prescription, vision, and dental insurance
  • Short- and long-term disability and life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match and potential annual holiday bonus after one year
  • Strong work-life balance and access to an Employee Assistance Program

Area Supervisors are the problem-solvers who keep vital systems running, ensuring clean water, safe waste management, and reliable service for our community.

If you’re passionate about the plumbing trade and excited to guide a team that takes pride in their work, we’d love to meet you.
