Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

We are a trusted plumbing contractor specializing in multifamily high-rise developments across New York City. With a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency, we deliver top-tier plumbing solutions for some of the city’s most ambitious residential projects.

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to oversee and lead plumbing teams on high-rise multifamily construction projects across the 5 boroughs. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple crews efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for plumbing installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of skill development and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar leadership role in high-rise or multifamily projects.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• OSHA or relevant safety certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across the 5 boroughs.
