We are working with a PE firm looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate. Our client is a leading middlemarket private equity firm with $700M AUM , investing out of Fund II and preparing to raise Fund III . The firm focuses on founderled businesses in consumer and business services, typically with EBITDA of $4-$5M . Deal teams are lean and collaborative, providing Associates with meaningful exposure across all aspects of the transaction.
