Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18.00 - 18.50/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Available. M-F (6am-2pm), M-F (2pm-10pm), M-F (10pm-6am)

What's the Job?

• Follow and adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures
• Set up and operate machinery according to established guidelines and customer requirements
• Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery
• Inspect completed parts and test machine operation periodically

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform work in a timely manner with attention to quality
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction effectively
• Competence with specific tasks and equipment within 2 months
