Department Information
The Division of Student Engagement and Well-Being's Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) office give participating students the opportunity to learn and practice effective leadership skills that can be applied to all areas of their personal and professional lives, now and in the future. The LEAD office offers a thoughtful and intentional series of academic, experiential, and co-curricular activities to help students prepare for leadership in a rapidly evolving global society.
Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units of a school. These functions may encompass a variety of activities related to program success including coordination of program marketing, program administration, program operations, and program development. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: research, academic and administrative management and staff with a school or center and across campus, vendors and sponsors. Design/develop promotional and marketing materials to include those developed for specific target audiences in support of program outreach efforts.

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge of research program promotion and administration. Included are skills in development and administering program assessment tools, marketing, and financial analysis and reporting. Also required are skills in planning, organization, spoken and written communications, scheduling and customer service. Use of office and specialized computer applications and databases are required.
