We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Field Supervisor to provide leadership, guidance, and support to our residential plumbing team. This role will play a key part in ensuring quality, efficiency, and growth within our service division.
Lead, mentor, and develop residential service technicians to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
Design, implement, and improve field training processes and procedures.
Oversee daily operations, including jobsite attendance, scheduling, quality control, and performance management.
Conduct routine safety meetings and provide hands-on training for field staff.
Perform jobsite inspections and enforce company policies and standards.
Support hiring, performance reviews, and when necessary, terminations.
Partner with Dispatch to manage timecards, approve schedules, and ensure seamless communication between the field, office, and customers.
Assist the Director of Building Maintenance with division leadership and growth initiatives.
Handle service calls and dispatches through field service software.
Prepare estimates, job plans, and layouts as needed.
Provide training in residential sales prospecting, quoting, and closing.
7+ years of residential plumbing service and repair experience, including training and managing multiple plumbers/projects.
5+ years of residential sales experience, with proven ability in prospecting, quoting, and closing.
Supervisory background as a Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Technician.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and residential building codes.
Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in smartphone technology and Microsoft Office software.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, make logical decisions, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
