**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team as a R.O. (Responsible Operator) Janitor. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean and orderly environment within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a proactive approach to their work.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events or meetings as needed.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
