We seek a curious, driven, and technically fluent Senior NetSuite Systems Administrator to join our global IT team. Youll play a strategic role in enhancing, simplifying, and scaling our ERP and CRM systems as we move toward a unified One Levata ERP environment. This role goes beyond maintenanceyoull help shape system strategy, lead configuration efforts, and mentor teammates while partnering with business units to drive real outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize NetSuite ERP and CRM modules, including customizations, workflows, scripts, roles, dashboards, and integrations Enhance system performance and usability across a multi-subsidiary environment; proactively identify areas to reduce friction and complexity Lead serialization projects tied to our TrueView MDM platform, helping manage thousands of active customer devices Mentor and coach other NetSuite admin team members; help shape our documentation, testing, and change management standards Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Analytics, and E-commerce teams to deliver scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to business needs Support e-commerce workflows such as order management and RMA processing, integrated with NetSuite and external platforms Integrate with warehouse systems (e.g., Koerber WMS) to streamline inventory visibility and fulfillment accuracy Develop and maintain advanced workflows, SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and RESTlet-based integrations Drive strategic ERP consolidation efforts as part of the One Levata ERP initiative Ensure data governance, access controls, and audit-readiness across NetSuite environments Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a multi-subsidiary environment Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Custom Records, Permissions, and Dashboarding Experience supporting complex NetSuite modules (Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition, Procurement, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.) Proficiency in data analytics and reporting (ODBC, SQL, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse a plus) Experience supporting e-commerce operations, warehouse integrations (Koerber WMS), and serialized asset tracking (TrueView MDM) Fluency in integration tools (Celigo, Boomi) and RESTlet development for system interoperability Strong communication and documentation skills; capable of training peers and leading working sessions Experience integrating NetSuite with service systems such as Epiphany or similar tools is a plus Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field Certifications (Required) NetSuite Certified Administrator Active and up to date NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification Required as a baseline Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Compensation Compensation expectations range from 125-145k + bonus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Levata by 2x Get notified about new Senior Administrator jobs in Chicago, IL . #J-18808-Ljbffr Levata
