Job Description

RGP is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst to support a client in the Life Insurance industry, focusing on Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing daily cash activities and banking operations in a fast-paced environment. + Monitor and manage daily cash positions, intercompany loans, and cash transfers + Execute FX transactions and excess cash investments + Execute payments and settlements with counterparties and banks + Support banking operations: account maintenance, vendor management, fee analysis + Interact with custodians and treasury service vendors, escalating issues as needed + Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and compliance with contractual terms + Contribute to balance sheet management efforts including debt and spread lending programs + Understand stakeholder needs and support issue resolution with banking partners + Proven experience in Cash Management and Cash Operations + Strong background in the Life Insurance industry + Advanced user of Kyriba for cash positioning and reporting + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.   + Pay Range: + Remote: $65-$85/hr. + Onsite (NYC or Westchester, PA): $85-$90/hr. + Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase plan, Professional development program, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time (in geographies where legally required) + An inspirational place for you to do your best work, be engaged in meaningful ways, and continually develop the skills, competencies, and qualities that set our team apart.    At RGP, we're creating a future where businesses produce their best work without constraints.
