The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition , is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing enterprise recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent from our teachers to the C-Suite across diverse markets.
This role partners with senior executives to anticipate workforce needs, build sustainable talent pipelines, and champion inclusive hiring practices that reflect our commitment to equity and belonging worldwide. By leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing approaches, the Senior Director ensures our organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving and technology-advancing talent landscape.

Essential Functions:
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related field
Masters in talent-related or business area (Preferred)
8+ years’ experience in recruiting, human resources, marketing, or related field
5+ years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
5+ years’ experience in business partner-facing or strategic consulting-related field
Experience building and executing talent acquisition strategies for high-volume front-line roles (Preferred)
Professional in human resources certification
Agile methodology (Preferred)
Demonstrated understanding of productivity, analytical, and data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com)
