We are looking for a part-time, as needed, Trade Show Representative with an upbeat and positive attitude to join our show team.
What We Are Looking For:
A part-time, as needed, Trade Show Sales Representative with 2–3 years of relevant experience to staff our trade show events in California and across the country. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about health care, enjoys engaging with consumers and professionals, and thrives in fast-paced social environments. You’ll be talking with professionals and consumers at various trade shows, fairs and events to educate them about our products. No Selling Involved!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Duties include the following (other duties may be added):

• Assisting with or responsible for preparing and managing all aspects of trade show participation at events—from setup to breakdown and ship out.
• Active engagement of tradeshow attendees while staffing
• Engaging health industry professionals and consumers in a warm and personal manner
• Provide responses to product questions with confidence and accuracy
• Able to travel to trade shows nationwide and work a flexible schedule
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Management teams to maintain brand standards and delivering an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Fluent In English.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• A REAL ID, Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
• 2–3 years of experience in trade shows, healthcare industry background a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for health care and customer experience
• Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented
• Must be able to work part time, as needed, per event. With a flexible schedule and be able to travel as needed, including weekend.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Energetic and results oriented.
• Cooperative team member
