Job Description

Apostle is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Operations/Warehouse Manager. This is a crucial multi-faceted role that will support our daily operations across logistics, inventory management, and general facility upkeep. The successful candidate will be an important contributor to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our biotech environment.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move packages and materials, potentially up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and equipment.
• Prior experience in a driving, warehouse, or facilities role is preferred.
• Understanding of safety procedures related to handling materials and general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Driving and logistics: Manage outbound/inbound shipments (FedEx or other external carriers/local deliveries) and maintain the company vehicle. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage shipping and packaging supplies, handle international shipping documentation and agency communication.
• Warehouse Management: Organize stock, handle incoming/outgoing materials, and execute packaging. Organize consumable products and inventory, manage inventory checks, and contribute to building a robust warehouse control system.
• Operations: Manage office and lab supply procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier evaluation.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time hourly position. The successful candidate is expected to be paid $20-$25 per hour based on their experience level. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life & AD&D insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
