Position Type: Full time Contract Duration: 06 months Location: Broken Arrow OK (Onsite) As a Machinist II, you will:/pulliSet up and operates a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, planers, and precision grinders to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exact tolerances and dimensions./liliInterprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications/liliDetermines sequence of operations, number of cuts required, and method of setup./liliUses a variety of machinists hand tools and precision measuring instruments./liliMakes standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds, and speeds/liliMeasures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points to lay out stock for machining/liliFits and assembles precision parts into mechanical equipment and determines material, parts, and equipment required/liliSome machines may be numerically controlled/liliMay monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures/li/ulpManual machining experience required - setting up and operating machine tools, lathes, milling machines/ppExperience reading/interpreting blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications/ppExperience making standard machine shop computations relating to dimensions of work, tooling, feeds and speeds/ppThe ideal candidate will have:/pulliHigh School diploma, or GED/li/ulpQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
