Description

Main responsibilities:

• Review and process payment activities.
• Monitor deposit and withdrawal queues and prevent high-risk transactions.
• Analyze player behavior through payment gateway data to draw conclusions and recommendations.
• Performing high-level analysis over large datasets to produce insights that enable better business outcomes.
• Preparing reports for the leadership team that identifies trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Analyze fraud and transactions reports.
• Dispute chargeback.
• Communicate with third-party vendors to solve problems.
• Work across multiple teams to improve the player experience.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues and collaborate with first level technical support as needed.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT and Product teams to achieve betJACK's goals.
• Maintain general payment industry knowledge, challenge the status quo, and apply best practices or new ideas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advance MS Excel skills.
• Analytical capabilities necessary to comprehend metrics and identify key drivers for improving performance.
• Experience with Fraud prevention and chargeback dispute.
• Goal-driven with strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Team-based mindset and a self-starter with the ability to positively influence team members.
• Ability to quickly understand business problems, distil into analytics and reporting that provides actionable intelligence for the broader betJACK organization.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• At least 21 years of age.
