clinical and quality assurance functions to assure the provision of appropriate
safe patient care.
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited college of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy
or PharmD degree and licensed to practice in New York State.
License/Certification:
Pharmacy License to practice in New York State
Experience:
At least one (1) year of experience in a hospital pharmacy is preferred, as an
intern or pharmacist.
Salary Range: $63.52 - $74.85
